01Acceptance of CM2Bet Terms & Conditions

• Be a real individual (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated account) registering in a personal capacity.
• Not ordered by any court or authorised body to be prohibited from engaging in online gambling activities.
• Never previously banned, suspended, or barred from CM2Bet or any of our affiliated platforms.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process.
• Hold only one (1) account active on CM2Bet. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

03Account Registration & User Responsibilities

Creating a CM2Bet account is free and straightforward. You are required to provide the following information accurately and truthfully during registration:

• Full name as stated on a valid identity document (MyKad or passport)
• An active email address accessible only by you
• An active Malaysian phone number for OTP verification
• A strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers)

You are solely responsible for keeping your CM2Bet account login details confidential. Never share your password or username with anyone. CM2Bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

CM2Bet supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for your deposit and withdrawal convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

• The minimum deposit is RM30 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50 for all payment methods.

• Betting on live matches (live betting) are subject to real-time monitoring decisions. Any bets placed after an event has concluded will not be accepted.

06Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

CM2Bet offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (wagering requirements) set for each promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: Awarded to new members making their first deposit. Subject to wagering requirements as stated on the Welcome Bonus.

07Responsible Gaming at CM2Bet

CM2Bet is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe that betting should be purely a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress.

08Prohibited Conduct & Account Restrictions

09CM2Bet Account Termination & Closure

You may close your CM2Bet account at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@cm2bet.bet. Before the closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned to you using your original payment method.

CM2Bet reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have violated any of the rules set out in these CM2Bet Terms & Conditions.
• You provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• CM2Bet receives instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies to do so.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account). An administrative fee may be charged after the dormancy period.

10Liability Limits & Warranty Disclaimer

CM2Bet provides the platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. CM2Bet makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or malicious code.

CM2Bet shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on the CM2Bet platform, whether due to game outcomes, technical disruptions, or other causes.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the CM2Bet platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers, game providers, or telecommunications networks.

11User Privacy & Data Protection
